Born in Morganville he was a normall boy all the way until high school when tragedy happened. His house was set on fire and his sister was trapped inside. The arsonist was never caught, but Shane knows who did it.
Monica Morrell. Queen Bitch of Morganville used to have a thing for our slugger here and didn't know how to take no for an answer. Shane thought that he had finally gotten the point across when he even took a beating from a vampire to show her he would never go out with her. It just escelated to her standing outside his burning house with a lighter. She was lucky her brother stopped Shane in time or she wouldn't be here right now.
Shane and his family left town with permission and tried to forget it all. Well at least Shane and his dad did thanks to the freaky way Morganville makes you forget it once your out of the city limits, but for some reason his mom couldn't forget. After a while the vampires heard about this and took care of it, meaning they murdered Shane's mom. Little did they know that she had already made Shane remember, and he then made his dad. Because of this Shane and his father hate vampires and decided to come back to town to kill them all.
Once back though Shane started getting attached to Michael and Me, and once Claire moved in he was a gonner. Nothing was as black and white when Michael became a vampire. He is Shanes best friend, so that complicates their relationship. But no way could he hate Michael forever. He may hate what he is but he doesn't hate him. No way.
Anyway lover boy here is dating our lovely Claire Danvers and working at a barbaque place so hes either on a date right now or working. I don't know but I got a shot of his room while he's out.
